Q: How do I finish my ornaments?

Q:What are the differences between to the two editions of The 25 Days of Christ and The Good Shepherd products?

A: The New Testament edition aims to be a non-denominational version with stories and references from KJV of the New Testament. You can view all the stories and references here. The New Testament/Book of Mormon edition is written for families of the LDS faith and includes two stories from the Book of Mormon as well as quotes from church leaders. Q: I'm a Lutheran, Catholic, Baptist...is The 25 Days of Christ for me?

A: Of course! If you want to study the life and teachings of Jesus Christ and love the New Testament, you can adapt every daily devotional to your own faith tradition. We celebrate and encourage everyone with a sincere desire learn about the Savior.

Q: Do you give group discounts?

A: We offer discounts on bulk orders of our unfinished The 25 Days of Christ kits. All the information can be found here

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: We typically ship orders within 3 business days of purchase. However during our busy season (late October-early November) it could take a few days longer to process your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If your country isn't listed at checkout contact us at info@newtraditioncrafts.com

Q: I just received my order and I think I'm missing a piece in my ornament set. Who should I contact?

A: First of all we sincerely apologize for any error in your order. Second please email us at service@newtraditioncrafts.com with your order number and we'll make it right ASAP.

Q: My dog ate one of my ornaments. Do you sell replacement pieces?

Q: Why do the books look different than when I ordered a few years ago?

A: Our products are constantly evolving and every year we look for ways to improve. Starting in 2019 we now offer a Daily Devotional reference card with each The 25 Days of Christ set. If you are interested in a more comprehensive book to accompany your The 25 Days of Christ tradition checkout our new illustrated book, The Good Shepherd.

Q: Where are you located? Are any of your products available in stores?

A: We are located in WA state , with warehouses in NV and TX. Currently our products are only available through our website.

Returns

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ornament kit or finished set. Should you have a problem with your order such as missing or defective parts, please contact us immediately at service@newtraditioncrafts.com. We will do our best to make it right.

We do our best to make the nature and content of our products as clear as possible. All content included in the kit is clearly posted for public display on our website. If you have any questions or concerns about the content or topics of the ornament kits we invite you to check out the stories and references for each edition here. If you have any additional questions you can contact us at info@newtraditioncrafts.com.

We will accept returns for items in new condition only, including the white storage box. You as the customer must contact service@newtraditioncrafts.com prior to returning your order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received we will refund the cost of the product only, not shipping costs. Our return policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, no returns on Christmas products are accepted after December 1st of the calendar year of the purchase including orders placed within 30 days prior to that date.

Exchanges

If you ordered an item by mistake and would like to exchange for a different edition of the same price please contact us for instructions on how to start the exchange process. Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs and a restock fee may be applied.

Shipping Policy

We want to provide the best experience and help you plan for the scheduled arrival of your order. Please understand that shipping by carriers may experience delays starting from early November through Christmas Day due to increased volume.

We fill your order in 2-3 business days in the order in which it was received.

Your order gets picked up the next day by the carrier and gets scanned in at the facility by the end of the day.

The carrier transports and delivers your order. Please understand that for USPS in particular, that the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not a guarantee. Once your package is in the possession of the carrier we no longer have control over how or when they deliver. If your package is showing delivered and you have not received it please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to see if they can help you locate it. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout.

The shipping cost is calculated by the carrier at checkout based on the destination address. We are a small business that lacks the buying power of much larger online retailer and often subsidize part of the shipping costs.

International customers: customs duties may be charged on international orders and are your responsibility. We are unable to anticipate or calculate customs duties prior to shipping your order. In some cases once the package leaves the US we are not able to track the package as it makes its way to you.
