We will except returns for items in new condition only, including the white storage box. You as the customer must contact email@example.com prior to returning your order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received we will refund the cost of the product only, not shipping costs. Our return policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, no returns on Christmas products are accepted after December 1st of the calendar year of the purchase including orders placed within 30 days prior to that date.
