Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ornament kit or finished set. Should you have a problem with your order such as missing or defective parts, please contact us immediately at service@newtraditioncrafts.com. We will do our best to make it right.

We do our best to make the nature and content of our products as clear as possible. All content included in the kit is clearly posted for public display on our website. If you have any questions or concerns about the content or topics of the ornament kits we invite you to visit the webpages listed at http://25daysofchrist.com/pages/how-it-works and http://25daysofchrist.com/pages/the-25-days. If you have any additional questions you can contact us at info@newtraditioncrafts.com.

We will accept returns for items in new condition only, including the white storage box. You as the customer must contact service@newtraditioncrafts.com prior to returning your order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. Refunds for shipping costs are not given. Our return policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, no returns are accepted after December 1st of the calendar year of the purchase including orders placed within 30 days prior to that date.
