We pride ourselves with the highest level of customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied every time you place an order with our company. Should you have a problem with your order such as missing or defective parts, please contact us immediately at service@newtraditioncrafts.com. We will do our best to respond quickly and make it right.
We do our best to make the nature and content of our products as clear as possible. All content included in the kit is clearly posted for public display on our website. We will except returns for items in new condition only, including the white storage box. You as the customer must contact service@newtraditioncrafts.com prior to returning your order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received we will refund the cost of the product only, not shipping costs. Our return policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, no returns on Christmas products are accepted after December 1st of the calendar year of the purchase including orders placed within 30 days prior to that date.
